Delivery: Orders are delivered to customers’ doors through our delivery service. Loyalty system: Reward repeat customers with points and perks to drive repeat purchases. Smart discounts: Our discount system lets you set flexible promotions by product, category, cart total and time period. Coupons and gift cards are also supported. Hi everyone! I’m Sanchir, founder and CEO of Shop.mn, and a software engineer by background. The reason we started building Shop.mn is simple. There are a huge number of online sellers in Mongolia, but most take orders through Facebook posts and messages and check every payment by hand, losing time every day. Building your own website is expensive and slow. International platforms don’t fit Mongolia’s local payment and delivery landscape. So we built a platform where anyone can launch their own store in minutes. Payments go straight to your bank account, and orders are confirmed automatically. You also get installment payments via StorePay and PocketZero, delivery, a loyalty system and smart discounts, all in one place. We don’t take a commission on any transaction, and that’s a core principle for us. AI is where we’ve put the most effort. Turning an everyday phone photo into a studio-quality image and writing a product description from that photo can save small businesses a lot of time and money.
