CertiFlow
Issue certificates as PDFs and let anyone verify them by number or QR.
The problem
When certificates are made by hand and there is no public way to check them, fakes are hard to tell apart.
Who it's for
Training providers and associations that issue certificates, the regulators that approve them, and employers who need to check that a certificate is valid.
What it does
Self-hosted certificate software with bulk import, an approval workflow, a template editor and public verification. It is in real use in Mongolia at certify.bfa.mn. In the demo every visitor gets a private 30-minute workspace. • Public verification: Checking by number, link or QR shows only the details meant to be public. • Bulk import: CSV and XLSX import in validate, correct and confirm stages. • External verifier: An outside verifier with two-factor sign-in reviews and approves records. • Template editor: 12 ready designs, editing on your own background, Cyrillic PDFs. • History and API: Version history for every edit, an audit log, an OpenAPI-documented API and signed webhooks. • Two languages: MN / EN interface with translations editable in the admin. • Licence: A licence to run it on your own server, with no subscription. Installation and branding are offered as separate services.

PinnedMaker's introduction
Uugankhuu BaasanjavMaker
Hi everyone! I'm Uugankhuu, an independent developer. When certificates are made by hand and there is no public way to check them, fakes are hard to tell apart. I built CertiFlow to fix that. CertiFlow is certificate software an organization runs on its own server. Import certificates in bulk from CSV or XLSX, have an external verifier approve them, and generate Cyrillic PDFs from 12 ready templates. Anyone can check a certificate by number, link or QR. It is in real use in Mongolia at certify.bfa.mn. In the demo at certiflow.uugankhuu.com every visitor gets a private 30-minute workspace. The licence has no subscription, and installation and branding are offered as separate services. If your organization is interested, leave a comment here. Thank you!
