burtgel.link
Run a training from announcement to certificate in one system.
The problem
Training organizers keep registration, attendance, payments and certificates in separate tools or by hand. Information scatters, and nobody can tell who attended or who paid.
Who it's for
Organizations and teams that run trainings and events. Their participants get their registration and certificate from one link.
What it does
A multi-tenant platform that registers people from one link, takes attendance by QR and issues certificates automatically. Each organization has its own data, team roles and plan. • Plans and payments: Plans from Free to Organization. Paid with QPay, with PDF invoices created automatically. • Certificates and public verification: PDF certificates from templates that anyone can check by number on a public page. • QR attendance: Organizers scan, or participants check themselves in with a PIN. • Flexible registration: Custom questions, CSV import and export, group registration with one invoice. • API and webhooks: A REST API, signed webhooks and custom domains for connecting an organization's own systems. • Security: Encrypted backups, an audit log and bot protection.
- QR attendance, or self check-in with a PIN
- PDF certificates from templates, publicly verifiable
- QPay payments with automatic PDF invoices
- REST API, signed webhooks and custom domains

PinnedMaker's introduction

Hi everyone! I'm Uugankhuu, an independent developer. Training organizers keep registration, attendance, payments and certificates in separate tools or by hand, so information scatters and nobody can tell who attended or who paid. I built burtgel.link to fix that. Organizers run a training from announcement to certificate in one system: register people from one link, take attendance by QR, collect payment with QPay and issue certificates automatically. Participants get their registration and certificate from one link, and anyone can verify a certificate by number on a public page. It has been live since October 2026. Plans go from Free to Organization, so you can start free and move to the plan that fits you. If you run trainings, sign up, and leave any questions here. Thank you!
